So, I initially thought this was brand new but upon closer inspection I realized the previous owner did unpackage this unit (I repackaged it correctly). The plug has styrofoam stuck to it and one of the prongs is bent (when I found it, the plug was wedged between the box and styrofoam).

And the inside of the glass window has discoloration behind the label. It looks like a heat transfer, but there is zero evidence this machine was ever cooked with - crumbs in bread tray or inside and no juices/splatter in the inside. I'm listing it as open box because to call it used is certainly an understatement. I did test it and it smells new as it heats, there's zero residual odor.
